Client Notification

Client Creation alert

While creating or importing a client, when the Notify Client parameter is enabled, then a notification mail will be sent to the client. The subject and body of this notification mail are set under Client Notification.

The variables available to configure are: %CLIENT_NAME, %CLIENT_ID, %CLIENT_EMAIL, %CLIENT_LASTNAME, %CLIENT_STATUS, %CLIENT_CREATION_DATE, %SERVER_GROUP

When these variables are used in the subject or body, the value of these variables will be replaced by the server at the time of sending the mail.

Password Reset alert

When a client is created, a default password gets created. To reset the default password, we can use the Reset Password button in client configuration.

Reset password mail will be sent to the client. 'Password Reset' has the subject and body configuration of that mail.
