The Traffic policy enables control of the flow of request/response messages through an API proxy. These policies support both operational- level as well as business-level control and provide control over raw throughput, and can also control traffic on a per-application basis.
Traffic management policies, as provided below, enable you to enforce quotas, and help mitigate denial of service attacks.
