Creating Applications
Event Processes are composite applications created as event-driven assemblies of microservices (also known as Business Components) linked to each other by Data Routes. The composition of Event Processes is based on a component-based programming model.
The event processes are designed by a drag-drop-connect function of microservices and are customized by configuration rather than by custom code.
The routes between components are drawn by visually connecting the component ports. Every component instance in the flow can be configured to deploy on different ESB network nodes.
The following sections demonstrate how basic and advanced functionalities work:
Advanced
- Adding Remote Service Instance
- Adding External Event Process (Subflow)
- Adding properties to Configuration Property Sheet (CPS)
- Configuring Application Context
- Managing Messages passing through Ports
- Creating Durable Routes
- Configuring Selectors on Routes
- Configuring SBW Selectors on Ports
- Document Tracking in Event Processes
- Opening Sample Event Processes
- Creating a Service Instance Shortcut
- Adding a highlighted Note on Fiorano Orchestrator
- Managing all Running Event Processes
