Adding a Project

After the Server Group is created, to add a project to an existing backend REST/HTTP service, perform the following actions:

1. Go to the API Projects page.
   

   The Add API projects button on the Home page has the same options, but this option is available only for the first project.

   

    

2. Click the Add button and select the From REST/HTTP Service option.
   

   

   
   

3. Provide the details of the API project in the wizard that appears. Provide the Project Display name, Version number, Target Backend Service URL, and Project Context Path, and set the method needed for both the Backed Service URL and Project Context Path in the corresponding method fields given.

   Method: GET 

   

4. Click Create to save the project to the repository. The project appears on the API Projects page.

   Click Next for API customization and Product Mapping.
